Terms of Service

1. The Service

Dance Much More provides private in-home dance lessons for couples in the Miami, FL area (from Homestead to Palm Beach). Each class is 45 minutes long and covers styles including Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Waltz, Tango, Ballroom, and Custom Choreography.

2. Bookings

Bookings remain pending until approved by Dance Much More. Once approved, you will receive payment instructions by email. The class is confirmed after payment is received. If your address is outside the 20-mile radius from Miami Beach, the booking enters a "pending quote" state until an additional distance fee is agreed upon.

3. Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is shown on the home page. Payment is made offline via Zelle (dancemuchmore@gmail.com) or credit card. We do not store card data on our platform.

• Provide a suitable indoor space (at least 10×10 ft cleared) for the class.
• Ensure the address provided is within the agreed coverage area.
• Be present at the stated address at the agreed time.
• Notify cancellations with the required advance notice.

6. Service Modifications

Dance Much More reserves the right to modify schedules, pricing, or service conditions with prior notice. Changes will be communicated by email to registered clients.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dance Much More is not liable for injuries or damages occurring during the class if the client failed to disclose relevant medical conditions. Dance classes involve physical activity; the client participates at their own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Miami-Dade County.
